We drop off all spoods around 6pm. Terms of service: -All sales are final. -Swapping spiders after order is placed, is not permitted. -Sales only in U.S for 18+. -3 shipping options are FedEx 2 day, FedEx overnight, or local meet up in North Port FL. -Temperature must be between 50/60° (depending on species) and 85° for safe shipping of live animals to home. -When temps are below 50/60° or above 85°, we only ship to your local FedEx hub for pick up. -We do not ship below 35°F or above 98°F for Jumpers & below 40°F or above 98°F for Tarantulas. -Tarantulas are only shipped priority overnight to a hub, we do not offer 2 day shipping (you can message us for a shipping quote). -Shipping delays due to weather may occur. -The listed sizes are estimated to the best of the breeders ability (can be an instar off). -Colors can and do change, lighten, darken with each molt. -Colors are NEVER GUARANTEED since they can change after each molt. -Sex cannot be 100% guaranteed until maturity (sex is determined to the best of the breeders ability). -Seller/breeder is not responsible or at fault for any color changes that occur after molts. -All spiders and items purchased from Rae’s Jumpers are not to be resold without prior consent. Please contact us before any listings or sales. -Seller reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at anytime.

-We do our best to keep spiders updated on the website, we update them once around every 4 weeks. -Our LAG (live arrival guarantee) is only for spiders shipped to the hub and picked up within 2 hours of their arrival along with proof the spider did not survive. -Beyond the LAG, we cannot guarantee anything due to factors we cannot control. We will help guide you to the best of our ability with care for your spider, but once they arrive they are ultimately in your care. We cannot issue refunds or replacements beyond our LAG. Shipping policy: -Enclosures/decor and spoods will be shipped separately. It is for the safety of the spiders. -If you are choosing to just get a spood you have the option of 2 day shipping or priority overnight. -If you are just choosing to get an enclosure, you have the option of $9.99 flat rate shipping. -If you are choosing to get decor, you have the flat rate option of $6.49. -We do not ship to PO Boxes.
